After downloading the template, type your desired names on the PDF template, by opening pdf template using either Adobe Acrobat Reader, or Microsoft Edge.
Print your pdf template on a blank piece of paper - this will be your test sheet.
Next, look at your Card Insert sheet. It should have 1/4" space at the top, between the top of the page to the first perforated line at the top.
Using the test sheet, check alignment against a Card Insert sheet to ensure proper layout.
Hint: Hold sheets together up to a light.
Put the Card Insert sheet into your printer paper tray, with the 1/4" perforated line at the top as the leading edge fed into the printer, and print pdf template onto the cardholder sheet.
Fold the perforation in both directions before puling them from the sheet. Tear slowly to avoid ripping edges.
